This Service consists of us providing Window Cleaning Leads for window cleaners all over the UK. All of our Lead Generation will be gained from advertising via Social Media and Search Engine Websites.
Leads are sent over at a flat rate per lead. We have no idea if the lead is for a 1 bed apartment or a 5 bed house, or even a large commercial job. We send you the leads each day as they come in, and you convert them into jobs ready to be cleaned, ready for you to be earning money straight away.

The Lead Generation Canvassing Service is an upgrade from the regular Lead Generation Service that we offer. The leads that we would normally provide for you at £12.50 per lead, instead of sending them over to you, we convert these leads directly into customers ready to be cleaned by yourself.

No, when we are actively working with a window cleaner on a regular basis that area is exclusive to them and not shared with anyone else as long as they place orders with us for lead generation / lead canvassing once every 2 months or so.
This does happen from time to time. We work closely with every single window cleaner that we take on as a client to advertise for. We would analyse the campaign and your results and try to figure out what went wrong and what went right. What can we improve on or change to get you much better results. We would then offer to you that if we cannot get your following campaign much better results then we would offer you a full money back guarantee on your 2nd campaign of leads. It’s win win for you as you get another go with leads to try and get some better results with no additional cost to yourself if for some reason we cannot manage to deliver those better results for you.
It can take anywhere from 2-7 days to fulfil a campaign of 20 leads for a first trial campaign. There are many factors that can affect this. If we do manage to get a higher volume of leads coming in quicker, this is actually a good sign as it means more often than not that there is good potential for growth in your areas and volume of leads to be gained long term.
We always allow up to a week to try and fulfil any Lead Canvassing Order but it can happen faster if we get either a good volume of leads or a higher conversion rate when doing our quotes. Many factors come into play, but as soon as your campaign is ready we send it over ready for you to contact the customers and book in the first cleans.
So the GoCardless Signup Option that we provide for our Lead Canvassing service can be a little tedious but we follow a set protocol and formula to try and maximise signups. We normally find that for all of the customers that we manage to gain for you around 80-90% will actually go on to sign up to GoCardless. As stated in our Terms of Service any customer that does not sign up to GoCardless you will receive a full refund/replacement for.
As Standard any leads that we send over which happen to have incorrect/dud phone numbers or leads from areas you are not willing or able to cover get a full replacement with another lead. We always give window cleaners the chance to take the lead first just to double check the area is suitable. If it’s not let us know and it will be replaced.
You will always get the maximum amount of conversions if you quote the jobs in person. This however is time consuming and not always the most efficient way to do things if you already have a busy schedule. We find that a combination of texting/phoning the leads to give them their quote is the best overall method. You can save time by doing all the quotes at once each day in a methodical manner. We always give advice on this when we launch our first campaign with a window cleaner.
Yes all Leads are given the name of the person who will contact them via text/phone to arrange the quotation and told to expect to hear from you.
We always ask the window cleaner to provide us the town names and postcodes of the areas that they want leads to come from. We then prepare the target areas and send you a proof of them to make sure you are happy with the area targeting before a campaign goes live.
Before any campaign is launched we get as much information from yourself as possible as to how you run your business, this includes pricing in detail. We then apply a formula to every quote that we do to try and get the quotes to be as consistent and accurate as possible in line with your current pricing.
On the rare occasion we do actually Under-price a job, we will try to rectify the price with the customer. Failing this you get a full refund/replacement for any customers under-priced. To put it into context. We worked with a window cleaner over the course of 2 years and sent 500+ customers their way and in total we had 3 Customers under-priced during that period of time.

All of those methods work great and some window cleaners swear by leafletting whilst others swear by door knock canvassing. There is no right or wrong way to build your business they each have their place and sometimes using a mixture of all of these can work well. What we have found though is that leafletting and door knock canvassing typically have a much higher customer acquisition cost. They work great, but it can take a lot longer to get your return on investment back. Anywhere from 3-6 months/cleans or even longer if you buy an established round. Compare that to Lead Generation where most window cleaners are getting 50-80% conversion rates on quotes. This means at the low end it takes 2 cleans to get your return on investment and be in profit, or if you are good at contacting and quoting leads, and upsell with addon jobs for gutters and fascias and soffits here and there then its more than achievable to make your return on investment by the first clean.
If you already know how to successfully get leads and customers online via your own in-house methods then really you probably shouldn’t even be looking on our website or enquiring about our services! If you are good at what you do then that is great. Similar to door knock canvassing if you can do it yourself then that is always going to be the best way to build your business. Save money and get more involved yourself. That being said there has been some significant changes to online advertising in the last 2 years due to a mixture of European Privacy Policy law changes and more recently the IOS 14 Software Updates. These have changed the way Advertisers can use platforms to reach their target audience or on messaging/conversion campaigns which always yielded fantastic results for local service based businesses.

When working with a new window cleaner we always opt for either the trial of Lead Generation 20 Leads Package for £250 or the Lead Canvassing 200 for £600 as our minimum/maximum campaign orders.
So for Lead Generation the deposit is £100 for first time orders. This is to be paid anytime before the campaign goes live. For Lead Canvassing the deposit is £150. The same applies. At the end of the campaign your deposit will be deducted from the invoice total leaving the balance to be paid.

Yes that is correct door knock canvassing will always be the most compact way to get new work hands down. As most methods of obtaining new work though they all have pros and cons. We have found that whilst the work we can get from online lead canvassing is less compact, we can counteract this by charging higher prices per job. So instead of having say 5 customers in 1 road at £10 each, we would prefer to have 1 job or 2 jobs in that road at say £14-£15 each. Even just adding £2-3 on to each customer job that we get, this means that if you include the extra driving time between jobs you can still hit the same cleaning targets most days. We operate on a 5-10 mile radius, but this is flexible for every window cleaner we work with. It all depends how well populated your areas are. We have personally built rounds that are less compact but still generate the same if not more turnover per working day.
